Source registration
Every source is registered with owner, URL, access method, redistribution rights, and allowed output mode before collection begins.
Collection timestamps
Each snapshot records both the source publication date and our collection timestamp. Delayed data is never presented as real-time.
Deterministic calculations
Materiality, corridor matching, and notification throttling use deterministic Motor handlers. Models explain only supplied facts.
Evidence gates
No signal becomes public unless the publication gate returns PASS_PUBLISH. Unsupported claims are quarantined.
Correction history
Published signals are versioned. Corrections reference the prior signal and preserve audit history.
Notification thresholds
Source polling frequency is separate from notification frequency. Users receive alerts only for material changes or scheduled digests.
